Appearance:      Chloe is a little big for most girls not much weighing 130 pounds  she dose not look heavy on the outside its when she undresses that she is seen with some fatness on her. her eye's are dark blue and she has a metallic shoulder on both sides of her as she had a break in her bones. her hair is a shiny jet Black color and is in a bun most of the time as she dose not like it down unless in a formal party.

    She carries a small hand bag loaded with medical supplies a small amount of food and a survival kit. she where's camouflage pants and a Polo t-shirt most of the time if she goes to a formal meeting she wears a blue dress with 2 inch heals.

History:     Chloe was born in Deer field, Wisconsin into a high class ungodly rich family she could buy more of anything then all but a few people. upon coming home she was given seizure disorder at the age of 4 years old, her sister Cara took best care of her on the sister side of things and her brother Mark took care of man problems that she could not handle. at the age of 11 (eleven) she was taken by her brother out to a field to practice shooting a 50 caliber barret sniper he would train her for several weeks until something bad was to happen temporary splitting them up for about a year. She was in a tree and fell out and breaking her sternum and back causing her to have pain for years after.

    Chloe was held hostage by a all female terrorist group name Shi-Suun a half Asian Half American group of women from both countries that were outcast in there area's they stayed in a small town in Alaska at the northern most part as far north as you could go. Chloe was brutally tested in cold climates and was told she would more then likely die if she did not tell them how to make copies of her body. they also took her and turned her into a half human half cyborg female giving her stronger power then what they knew.

    Chloe managed one night to knock a few of the women out and get free making it to a small town in middle Alaska to someone reunite with her brother finding mark within a matter of 30 minutes.she then found out she had the gift and only one gift to find family member no matter where she was from them or they where from her.
    
    she could also tell if her family needed help but this had to be done close to some for of communications for 15 seconds to sync up with them. Mark then helped Chloe by finishing her long range weapons training with all the long range rifles from world war one until now. she later found out before she escaped later that she had been drugged with dangerous drugs and that it cause her to having a affect on her mental judgement affecting if she could tell who was a friendly and and a foe.

    Chloe now lives in Clearmont,Mo in a small two bedroom apartment with her sister Cara.

Personality: Chloe see's life sometimes as a joke trying to keep herself from remember from being kidnapped at the age of 12 years old (a year later) she dose not always take live as a joke when it comes to her family and friends safety she will go to the extreme of killing someone or something if not worse after its dead. she dose have a caring side for her friends and family and will keep them in good health she dose not like to see sick people as this was traumatic for her to. when she is not doing anything to interesting she has a neutral personality towards people she is scared of small guns but will carry two very certain type's of handguns.
